摘 要:本文选用热塑性塑料作为激光打孔材料,通过研究紫外纳秒激光器、绿光纳秒激光器、CO_(2)连续激光器和光纤纳秒激光器4种激光器对热塑性塑料打孔质量,选定紫外纳秒激光器为优选激光器;基于此,系统研究了紫外纳秒激光器不同加工次数、扫描速度对打孔质量的影响。结果表明:加工次数对孔径和孔锥度有明显影响,扫描速度对孔径、孔锥度、孔圆度和热影响区都有明显影响。以在1 mm厚的热塑性塑料上加工0.3 mm的通孔,最佳的激光参数组合是平均功率10 W,重复频率60 kHz,零离焦量,加工次数120次、扫描速度300 mm/s。This study investigates the laser drilling of thermoplastic materials,focusing on the performance of four different lasers:ultraviolet nanosecond,green nanosecond,CO2 continuous,and fiber nanosecond lasers.The ultraviolet nanosecond laser was identified as the most suitable for achieving optimal drilling quality.A systematic analysis was conducted to examine the influence of scanning times and speeds on the drilling quality.The results show that scanning times have obvious effects on diameter and taper of hole,and scanning speeds have obvious effects on diameter,tape,roundness and heat-affected zone of hole.For processing o.3 mm through-holes in a l mm thick thermoplastic,the optimal laser parameters were determined to be an average power of 1o W,a repetition rate of 60 kHz,zero defocus,120 processing times,and a scanning speed of 300mm/s.
