摘  要:目的构建消化内科护士岗位胜任力培训评价指标体系。方法通过文献回顾及专家访谈构建消化内科护士岗位胜任力培训评价指标体系条目池,以德尔菲法对全国三级甲等医院的16名专家进行函询,并对条目进行调整。结果形成的消化内科护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系包括一级指标3项、二级指标8项和三级指标95项(N1级34项、N2级31项、N3级30项)。2轮专家函询问卷有效回收率均为100.00%,专家权威系数分别为0.899和0.992。第2轮专家函询指标体系中的一级指标、二级指标、三级指标肯德尔协调系数分别为0.454,0.693和0.212(均P<0.001)。结论本研究构建的消化内科护士岗位胜任力培训评价指标体系具有一定的可靠性和实用性,可以作为消化内科护士岗位胜任力培训评价指标,可为消化内科护士规范化、分层次培训提供指导和借鉴。Objective To construct an evaluation index system for post-training competency of gastroenterology nurses.Methods A pool of potential indicators for inclusion in the evaluation index system was constructed through a literature review and expert interviews.The Delphi method was used to consult 16 experts from tertiary hospitals across China,and the potential indicators were adjusted to reflect views.Results The finalized evaluation system for the post-training competence of gastroenterology nurses included three primary indicators,eight secondary indicators and 95 tertiary indicators(34 N1,31 N2 and 30 N3).The effective response rate for both rounds of expert consultation was 100%,and the expert authority coefficients were 0.899 and 0.992.The Kendall’s coefficients of concordance for the primary,secondary and tertiary indicators in the ie second round were 0.454,0.693 and 0.212,respectively(all P<0.001).Conclusions The evaluation index system for post-training competency of gastroenterology nurses constructed in this study is reasonable reliability and practicability.It could be used to evaluate the post-training competency of gastroenterology nurses,and also can serve as a reference for standardized and hierarchical training for gastroenterology nurses.
