摘　　要：介绍李佃贵教授应用浊毒外治法治疗溃疡性结肠炎经验。李佃贵教授认为浊毒蕴肠是溃疡性结肠炎发病的核心病机,应采用“化浊解毒”大法治疗溃疡性结肠炎,提出在中医内治法基础上,配合应用特色浊毒外治法截断生浊源头,并给浊毒以出路,助溃疡性结肠炎肠腑浊毒清散,形成溃疡性结肠炎内外同治的特色中医疗法,以期为溃疡性结肠炎的中医临床治疗提供思路。This study introduces Professor LI Dian-gui′s experience in treating ulcerative colitis using the exter⁃nal treatment method for turbid toxins.Professor LI Dian-gui believes that the accumulation of turbid toxins in the intes⁃tines is the core pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis,and advocates using the“resolving turbidity and removing toxins”therapy to treat the condition.Based on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)internal treatment methods,he also incorporates a spe⁃cialized external treatment method for turbid toxins to sever the source of turbid toxins and provide an outlet for the toxins,helping to clear the turbid toxins from the intestinal organs in ulcerative colitis.This forms a distinctive TCM treatment strategy that combines both internal and external therapies,aiming to provide new insights for the clinical treatment of ul⁃cerative colitis in TCM.
