摘　　要：偏头痛是多种因素导致的原发性神经系统疾病,其发作的频率、程度及持续时间等对病人的身体和心理产生不同的影响,严重者可导致病人出现明显的焦虑、抑郁、认知功能下降,甚至其他更为不良的后果。虽然对偏头痛发病机制已有广泛的研究,但与其相关的很多关键机制尚未阐明,目前研究表明皮质扩布性抑制或能量失衡等因素使三叉神经血管系统激活并敏化,从而释放多种神经肽、血管活性物质及炎性细胞因子,产生无菌性炎症而出现头痛。本文详细介绍与偏头痛发作相关的上述物质及其相互作用关系,有助于更好地理解相关物质在偏头痛的发病过程中的作用,并为偏头痛治疗或预防提供积极的提示作用。Migraine is a primary nervous system disease caused by various factors,and its frequency,severity,and duration have different effects on the physical and psychological well-being of patients.In severe cases,it can lead to significant anxiety,depression,cognitive decline,and even other more adverse consequences.Although there has been extensive research on the pathogenesis of migraine,many key mechanisms related to it have not been elucidated.The present study shows that factors such as cortical spreading depolarization(CSD)or energy imbalance activate and sensitize the trigeminal nervous system,releasing various neuropeptides,vasoactive agents,and inflammatory cytokines,leading to aseptic inflammation and headache.This review will provide a detailed description of the above substances and their interactions related to migraine attacks,which will help to better understand the role of these substances in the pathogenesis of migraine and provide positive suggestive effect on the treatment or prevention of migraine.
