摘  要:制药工程专业强调动手能力与创新能力,主要培养适应制药及相关行业生产、管理与服务等一线需要的应用型人才。文章以南京理工大学泰州科技学院制药工程专业为例,介绍了制药工程专业“3+1”人才培养模式改革的背景和实施过程,指出目前存在的问题,提出政企校联动促进实习就业、强化动员做好宣传工作、校企合作走深做实和打造专业化师资队伍等措施,持续优化“3+1”应用型制药工程人才培养模式。Personnel training of pharmaceutical engineering emphasizes the development of students’hands-on and innovative capabilities,mainly cultivating application-oriented talents who can meet the needs of the frontline positions of production,management and service in the pharmaceutical and related industries.In this paper,taking the pharmaceutical engineering major of Taizhou Institute of Science&Technology,Nanjing University of Science&Technology as an example,the background and implementation process of the“3+1”personnel training model reform in pharmaceutical engineering were introduced,and the current problems were pointed out.Improvement measures such as combining government,enterprises,and schools to promote internship and employment,strengthening mobilization and propaganda,deepening and solidifying school-enterprise cooperation,and building a professional group of teachers were proposed to continuously optimize the“3+1”application-oriented talent training model of pharmaceutical engineering.
