摘 要:为了开发出一类能够完全替代传统有毒固化剂的高品质环保固化剂,文中以对苯二甲酸(TPA)、偏苯三酸酐(TMA)和环氧氯丙烷(ECH)为原料,通过开环反应制备了2种缩水甘油酯。利用核磁共振氢谱和红外光谱确定了产物结构。将上述缩水甘油酯按照质量比3:1复配制备了固化剂PT910,将其应用于粉末涂料。和传统固化剂异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯(TGIC)相比,热重分析结果表明,PT910粉末涂料的T5%提高了62.5℃;力学性能分析表明,PT910涂层的冲击强度由±40 kg·cm提升至±50 kg·cm,附着力由2级提升至0级,铅笔硬度由HB提升至3H;耐老化性能分析表明,于100℃水煮2 h,涂层保光率提高了5%;紫外老化500 h,保光率降低了2%。In order to develop a class of high-quality and environmentally friendly curing agents that can completely replace traditional toxic curing agents,two glycidyl esters were prepared in this study with terephthalic acid(TPA),trimellitic anhydride(TMA),and epichlorohydrin(ECH)after open and closed loop reaction.The structures of the products were determined by 1 H-NMR and FT-IR.The curing agent PT910 was prepared by compounding the above glycidyl esters according to the mass ratio of 3:1 and applied to powder coating.Compared with the traditional curing agent triglycidyl isocyanurate(TGIC),the TGA results show that the T5%of the PT910 powder coating is increased by 62.5℃.The mechanical property analysis shows that the impact strength of the PT910 powder coating is improved from±40 kg×cm to±50 kg×cm,adhesion is improved from level 2 to 0 and pencil hardness is improved from HB to 3H.The aging resistance analysis show that the light retention rate of the coating increases by 5%and decreases by 2%after boiling for 2 h and UV aging for 500 h,respectively.
