摘 要:[目的]为适应新时代新形势新要求,改革与创新涉农专业《劳动教育》课程,培养新时代高素质农牧技能人才。[方法]以高职畜牧兽医专业为例,从学情分析、教学设计与实施、教学反思等方面进行改革实践。[结果]从重构课程内容、探索六步教学环节、创新“专业核心课程+”劳动方式、多创融通成果丰硕、完善增值性评价等方面进行了创新实践,学生通过4个学期《劳动教育》课程学习,在劳动精神、劳动技能、技能大赛、双创大赛等方面得到提升,为高职畜牧兽医专业培养学生“劳动+技能+双创”多创能力提供了借鉴。但在学生层面还需加强劳动评价考核、调动学生积极性和消除学生畏难情绪。[结论]《劳动教育》课程改革与创新是深化高校劳动教育的现实需要,是新时代高素质农牧技能人才培养的必由之路,为涉农高校《劳动教育》课程改革提供一定参考。[Objectives]The course"Labor Education"for agriculture-related majors was reformed and in‐novated to adapt to situations and requirements in the new era and to train skilled talents with high quality spe‐cialized in the animal husbandry and veterinary medicine.[Methods]The animal husbandry and veterinary medi‐cine major of higher vocational colleges was used as an example to conduct the reform and practice in terms of analyzing the situation of learning,teaching designing implementing,and reflecting the teaching.[Results]Inno‐vative practices including restructuring the content of course,exploring the six-step process of teaching,inno‐vating the"core courses of major+"labor mode,achieving fruitful results in the integration of multi-innovation,and improving value-added evaluation were carried out.Students improved their spirit and skills of labor,competitions of skills,and competitions of innovation and entrepreneurship through four semesters of studying the"Labor Education"course,providing a reference for training the"labor+skills+innovation and en‐trepreneurship"and multi-innovation abilities of students in the animal husbandry and veterinary medicine ma‐jor of higher vocational colleges.But it is necessary to strengthen the evaluation of labor,stimulate the enthusi‐asm of students,and eliminate students'fear of difficulties.[Conclusions]The reform and innovation of the course"Labor Education"is a practical need to deepen labor education in higher education institutions,and it is an inevitable path for training the skilled talents with high quality specialized in the animal husbandry and vet‐erinary medicine in the new era.It will provide a certain reference for the reform of the course"Labor Educa‐tion"in agriculture related higher education institutions.
