摘 要:铁路隧道竖井施工工序繁琐、工期较长,特别是在竖井井底车场及竖井正洞施工过程中,各种施工设备需要在地面拆解并分块下放至井底,经组装测试后方可正常使用,现行铁路造价标准体系中缺少相应定额或计取标准,本文以大瑞铁路高黎贡山隧道竖井为依托,采用写实记录法测定了竖井施工设备拆解、下放、组装的工料机消耗,并对测定成果合理性进行分析研究,为编制相应补充定额,完善造价标准体系,合理确定工程造价和有效控制投资积累基础数据。The construction process of railway tunnel shaft is cumbersome and the construction period is long,especially in the construction process of the shaft bottom yard and the main shaft.Various construction equipment needs to be disassembled and placed in blocks on the ground to the bottom of the shaft,and can only be used normally after assembly and testing.The current railway cost standard system lacks corresponding quotas or calculation standards.This article takes the Gaoligongshan Tunnel shaft of the Darui Railway as a basis,The consumption of labor,materials,and machinery for dismantling,lowering,and assembling vertical shaft construction equipment was measured using the realistic recording method,and the rationality of the measurement results was analyzed and studied to accumulate basic data for preparing corresponding supplementary quotas,improving the cost standard system,reasonably determining engineering costs,and effectively controlling investment.
