摘 要:咬合桩具有经济效益好、适用性强和止水效果好等特点,对深大基坑的咬合桩刚度验算和施工工艺进行研究,能够更好地处理深大基坑中咬合桩的施工难题。研究首先分析项目基本概况和工程地质情况,根据项目实际情况建立咬合桩的设计方案,提出桩的刚度等效换算公式,并且对咬合桩抗弯和抗剪公式进行总结探讨。最后,对咬合桩施工的关键施工工艺和质量控制措施进行分析梳理。研究表明,通过等效刚度换算公式对同类工程具有较好的合理性,施工过程中应重点关注成桩的质量和垂直度。The bite pile has the characteristics of good economic benefits,strong applicability,and good waterproofing effect.Studying the stiffness calculation and construction technology of bite pile in deep and large foundation pits can better deal with the construction difficulties of bite pile in deep and large foundation pits.The study first analyzes the basic overview and engineering geological conditions of the project,establishes a design scheme for the interlocking pile based on the actual situation of the project,proposes an equivalent conversion formula for the stiffness of the pile according to the design scheme of the interlocking pile,and summarizes and discusses the bending and shear resistance formulas of the interlocking pile.Finally,the key construction techniques and quality control measures for bite pile construction are analyzed and sorted out.Research has shown that using the equivalent stiffness conversion formula has good rationality for similar projects,and the quality and verticality of the piles should be given special attention during the construction process.
