摘　　要：目的 基于数据挖掘探析理筋手法治疗臀上皮神经损伤的手法运用规律。方法 检索2020年9月30日-2023年9月30日期间中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据平台、PubMed收录的理筋手法治疗臀上皮神经损伤的临床研究文献,构建理筋手法处方数据库,采用SPSS 19.0、SPSS Modeler 18.0统计学软件进行描述性分析及关联规则分析。结果 共计275条推拿理筋处方,涉及100个腧穴,41种理筋手法。腧穴以阳陵泉应用频次最高,手法以点按法应用频次最高。所选取的腧穴主要以阳陵泉、环跳、秩边、委中、肾俞等穴位为主,以点按法、按揉法、屈伸法、■法、推法、擦法、拿法、揉法等手法为常见方式。按照腧穴关联规则支持度的降序来进行排列,将位于前11位的臀上皮神经损伤患者腧穴使用频次进行体现,其中排在前5位的腧穴关联规则为阳陵泉-环跳,环跳-阳陵泉,秩边-阳陵泉,委中-秩边,肾俞-环跳。其支持度分别为65.31%、65.31%、61.77%、52.42%、52.42%,置信度分别为89.53%、81.59%、88.72%、86.87%、83.44%。按照其支持度的降序来进行排列,将位于前11位的理筋手法治疗臀上皮神经损伤各腧穴手法关联规则进行体现。其中排在前3位的手法关联规则为按法-按揉法-拿法,点按法-按揉法-推法-拿法,点按法-推法-拿法。其支持度分别为13.40%、12.00%、11.30%,置信度分别为94.85%、94.24%、93.86%。结论 理筋手法治疗臀上皮神经损伤以点按法、按揉法为主,推法、拿法、揉法为辅,在治疗过程中遵循筋骨并重的治疗原则,通过手法关联规则分析,临床所应用的手法配伍,局部取穴,发挥理筋手法和经络腧穴的协同作用。Objective To explore the application patterns of muscle-regulating manipulations in the treatment of superior gluteal nerve injury using data mining techniques.Methods Clinical research literature on muscle-regulating manipulations for treating superior gluteal nerve injury published from September 30,2020,to September 30,2023,was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,and PubMed.A database of muscle-regulating manipulation prescriptions was constructed.Descriptive analysis and association rule analysis were conducted using SPSS 19.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 statistical software.Results A total of 275 prescriptions involving 100 acupoints and 41 types of muscle-regulating manipulations were included.Among the acupoints,Yanglingquan(GB 34)had the highest frequency of application.Among the manipulations,point pressing was the most frequently used technique.The selected acupoints primarily included Yanglingquan(GB 34),Huantiao(GB 30),Zhibian(BL 54),Weizhong(BL 40),and Shenshu(BL 23),with common techniques such as point pressing,kneading,flexion-extension,plucking,pushing,rubbing,grasping,and rolling.According to the descending order of support for acupoint association rules,the top 11 frequently used acupoint combinations for superior gluteal nerve injury were identified.The top five acupoint association rules(point pressing)were Yanglingquan(GB 34)-Huantiao(GB 30)(Support:65.31%,Confidence:89.53%);Huantiao(GB 30)-Yanglingquan(GB 34)(Support:65.31%,Confidence:81.59%);Zhibian(BL 54)-Yanglingquan(GB 34)(Support:61.77%,Confidence:88.72%);Weizhong(BL 40)-Zhibian(BL 54)(Support:52.42%,Confidence:86.87%);Shenshu(BL 23)-Huantiao(GB 30)(Support:52.42%,Confidence:83.44%).Similarly,manipulation association rules for acupoints in treating superior gluteal nerve injury were analyzed,with the top 11 combinations ranked by descending support.The top three rules had supports of 13.40%,12.00%,and 11.30%,with confidences of 94.85%,94.23%,and 93.86%,respectively.Conclusion The primary techniques for muscle-regulating manipulations in treating
