摘　　要：肠癌泛指在盲肠、直肠和结肠发生的恶性肿瘤,是消化道常见的恶性肿瘤之一,肠癌的治疗主要是以手术为主。便秘作为肠癌患者术后的常见临床症状,若未得到及时治疗,易发展为肠梗阻,对患者生命安全造成一定威胁且严重影响生活质量。曹永清教授认为调治脾胃、行气祛湿、活血通络是治疗肠癌术后便秘的基本治法,其自拟朴实方治疗肠癌术后便秘疗效明显,能有效改善患者生活质量。Colorectal cancer generally refers to malignant tumors occurring in the cecum,rectum,and colon,and it is one of the common malignant tumors of the digestive tract.Constipation is a common clinical symptom in patients with colorectal cancer after surgery.It is easy to develop into intestinal obstruction if not treated timely,which poses a threat to the life safety of patients and seriously affects the quality of life.Professor CAO Yong-qing believes that regulating the spleen and stomach,moving qi and eliminating dampness,and activating blood and dredging collaterals are the basic treat⁃ment methods for postoperative constipation of colorectal cancer.Pushi Decoction designed by Professor Cao demonstrated a definite therapeutic effect on postoperative constipation of colorectal cancer and can effectively improve the quality of life of the patients.
