摘  要:造纸工业中筛分工艺能够分离浆液中的长短纤维并发挥不同长度纤维的特性,从而提高成纸的物理性能。但传统筛分因依靠人工操作导致分离效果差且效率低下,难以满足现代生产的需要。针对浆料筛分过程中的自动化程度低、筛分效果差的问题,结合浆料筛分工艺设计了一款浆料纤维筛分仪。浆料纤维筛分仪主要由筛分装置、主体支架、控制系统组成,可实现浆料的自动筛分,同时对筛分装置的关键部件参数进行设计和优化,并对棉纤维筛分进行了适应性实验,结果表明:浆料纤维筛分仪的各项指标能够满足浆料筛分的一系列要求,可为浆料筛分仪的设计与研制提供应用实例与技术参考。The screening process in the paper industry enables the separation of long and short fibers in pulp,allowing the unique characteristics of fibers of different lengths to be utilized,thereby improving the physical properties of paper.However,traditional screening methods rely on manual operations,resulting in poor separation efficiency and low effectiveness,which fail to meet the demands of modern production.To address the issues of low automation and inadequate screening performance in the pulp screening process,this study designed a pulp fiber screening instrument based on the principles of the pulp screening process.The pulp fiber screening instrument primarily consists of a screening device,an overall support frame,and a control system.It enables automatic pulp screening and includes the design and optimization of key parameters of the screening components.Additionally,an adaptability experiment on cotton fibers was conducted.The results indicate that the pulp fiber screening instrument meets the various requirements of pulp screening,providing an applied example and technical reference for the design and development of pulp screening instruments.
