摘  要:针对“政企校”三方协同育人激励机制展开深入调查与分析,探讨了当前“政企校”协同育人过程中存在的问题及其成因。研究发现,保证政策执行不力、激励办法不全面、监管措施不到位是制约激励机制有效性的主要因素。针对这些问题,从政府、企业和高校三个主体出发,提出完善保证政策、优化激励办法、改革监管手段的改进对策与建议,旨在促进校企协同育人的深入发展,提升教育质量,增强地方高校的竞争力。This study carries out an in-depth investigation and analysis of the incentive mechanism of the tripartite collaborative education of government,enterprise,and university,and explores the current problems and their causes.Research has found that ineffective policy implementation,incomplete incentive measures,and inadequate regulatory measures are the main factors that constrain the effectiveness of the incentive mechanisms.In response to these issues,improvement measures and suggestions have been proposed from the perspectives of the government,enterprises,and universities respectively,including improving guarantee policies,optimizing incentive methods,and reforming regulatory measures.The aim is to promote the in-depth development of collaborative education between universities and enterprises,to enhance the quality of education,and to strengthen the competitiveness of local universities.
