摘 要:为了解决变电站设备在运行中因过热现象而造成运维成本提升,安全隐患增加的问题,本文将辐射制冷膜贴于不同变电箱柜(开关端子箱、刀闸箱、开关智能控制柜(有空调))的外表面,并通过长周期的实验测试,研究了辐射制冷膜对箱柜表面,内部空气温度以及空调能耗的影响。结果表明:应用辐射制冷膜后,开关端子箱内表面及内部空气最高温降分别为17.6℃和5.8℃,刀闸箱内表面及内部空气最高温降分别为24.6℃和7.2℃,开关智能控制柜表面最高降温为11℃。节能方面,贴膜后开关智能控制柜内空调的运行时长平均降低26.2%,空调节省电耗量可达629(kW·h)/年。辐射制冷作为一种新型的被动降温方案,能够有效地解决变电箱柜运行维护中存在的问题。In order to address problems induced by overheating in the operation of the substation equipment,such as increased maintenance costs and security risks,radiative cooling films are attached to the outer surface of the different substation cabinets(switch terminal cabinet,breaker cabinet,and intelligent switch control cabinet(with air-conditioning)).Through the long period test,this work studied the effect of the radiation cooling film on the surface temperature,internal air temperature,and air-conditioning energy consumption of cabinets.Results show that the maximum temperature drop of the inner surface and internal air of the switch terminal cabinet is 17.6℃and 5.8℃respectively,the maximum temperature drop of the inner surface and internal air of the breaker cabinet is 24.6℃and 7.2℃respectively,and the maximum temperature drop of the inner surface of the intelligent switch control cabinet is 11℃.After coating,the running time of the air-conditioning in the intelligent switch control cabinet is reduced by 26.2%on average,and the energy-saving of the air-conditioning could reach 629(kW·h)/year.As a new passive cooling scheme,radiation cooling could effectively address problems existing in the operation and maintenance of substation cabinets.
