摘  要:在高速列车运行过程中,复杂的轮轨关系等因素会使轴箱轴承承受宽频带的波动冲击载荷,导致滚子-滚道接触载荷大幅变化,加速轴承的磨损及疲劳失效。为在实验室环境中模拟轴箱轴承运用过程中承受的低频波动载荷,基于凸轮-弹簧机构设计、搭建了一种低频波动载荷加载装置并开发了相应的轴箱轴承试验台架,加载装置施加的低频波动载荷以及在波动加载工况下轴箱轴承内部动态载荷分布情况的试验结果表明,所设计的波动载荷加载装置能够对轴箱轴承施加给定幅值、频率的波动载荷,轴承承载区域滚子-滚道接触载荷的波动情况与轴承总外加载荷的波动情况一致,验证了该波动载荷加载装置的有效性和可行性。During operation of high-speed trains,the axle box bearings will be subjected to wide-band fluctuating impact loads due to complex wheel-rail relationship and other factors,resulting in significant changes in contact loads between rollers and raceways,accelerating the wear and fatigue failure of the bearings.In order to simulate the low-frequency fluctuating loads of the bearings in laboratory environment,a loading device for low-frequency fluctuating loads is designed and built based on cam-spring mechanism,and the corresponding test bench for the bearings is developed.The test results of low-frequency fluctuating loads applied by loading device and dynamic load distribution inside the bearings under fluctuating loading conditions show that the designed device can apply the fluctuating loads of given amplitude and frequency to the bearings,and the fluctuation of contact loads between rollers and raceways in loaded zone of the bearings is consistent with fluctuation of total external loads of the bearings,verifying the effectiveness and feasibility of the device.
