华侨大学华文教育师范生培养方案研究

摘　　要：面对新时代下的华文教育师范生培养需求,以华侨大学为例,分析当前华文教育师范生培养现状,发现其培养方案的不足,从而提出未来华文教育师范生培养方案的改进建议,以期推动我国海外华文教育事业的蓬勃发展。研究发现,目前华文教育师范生培养方案还存在培养层次区分度低、显性课程内部比例不均衡、教材针对性不足、实践不足等问题。为此,未来的华文教育师范生培养方案应细化培养层次、完善显性课程内部结构、更新教材、强化实践等。In the face of the cultivating needs of Chinese normal students in the new era,this paper takes Huaqiao University as an example,summarizes the current situation of the cultivating program of Chinese normal students,and finds its shortcomings,and then puts forward suggestions for improving the cultivating program of Chinese normal students in the future,in order to promote the vigorous development of overseas Chinese education.It is found that there are still the following major problems in the current cultivating program of normal Chinese education students,such as indiscriminate training,unbalanced internal proportion of explicit courses,insufficient pertinence of teaching materials,and insufficient practice.To this end,the future cultivating program for normal Chinese education students should refine the cultivating level,and improve the internal structure of the explicit curriculum,and update the teaching materials,and strengthen the practice.
