以家庭文明为核心的“婚姻与继承法”思政教学设计与实践

摘　　要：结合课程培养方案和德法兼修法治人才培养目标,基于“婚姻与继承法”教学内容体系,提出将家庭文明内容作为课程核心思政教学目标。首先,阐述家庭文明思政教学现实意义,突出以家庭文明为核心的思政育人价值;其次,创新课程大纲设计、挖掘各模块对应的家庭文明思政元素、采用OBE教学理念和BOPPPS教学设计、多元化教学方法等途径,让学生在获取专业知识的同时,润物无声地塑造正确的家庭文明价值观念,实现德治与法治相得益彰,进而为“婚姻与继承法”课程思政教学提供实践经验;最后,从学生对课程思政参与度、思政价值对自身影响认可度等方面展现课程思政的实践成效。Based on the teaching content system of"Marriage and Inheritance Law",this paper puts forward the content of family civilization as the core ideological and political teaching goal of the curriculum.Firstly,the author expounds the practical significance of family civilized ideological and political teaching,highlighting the value of ideological and political education with family civilization as the core.Secondly,it innovates the course outline design,excavates the corresponding ideological and political elements of family civilization in each module,adopts OBE teaching concept and BOPPPS teaching design,and diversified teaching methods,etc.While acquiring professional knowledge,students silently shape their correct values of family civilization,and realize that the rule of virtue and the rule of law complement each other.Then it provides practical experience for curriculum ideological and political teaching of"Marriage and Inheritance Law"course.Finally,the paper shows the practical effect of the curriculum from the aspects of students'participation in the curriculum ideological and political values and the degree of recognition of their influence on themselves..
