摘  要:雄激素性脱发(Androgenetic alopecia,AGA)作为最常见的脱发类型,表现为头发密度进行性减少,是一种依赖雄激素且遗传的多发性疾病,往往对患者的外貌和心理以及职业选择产生严重影响。因此,近年来国内外有关雄激素性脱发的发病机制及其治疗研究成为热点,该综述就AGA发病机制中氧化应激的相关性进行阐述,为AGA的精准治疗奠定科学依据。As the most common type of hair loss,androgenetic alopecia is characterized by progressive loss of hair density.It is an androgen-dependent and genetic multiple disease,which often has a serious impact on the patient's appearance and psychology,as well as career choices.Therefore,research on the pathogenesis and treatment of androgenetic alopecia at home and abroad has become a hot spot in recent years.This review will explain the correlation of oxidative stress in the pathogenesis of AGA,laying a scientific basis for the precise treatment of AGA.
