摘 要:复合树脂自出现以来,因其较佳的理化性能,已逐步替代银汞合金,成为临床修复牙体缺损最常用的材料。但随着使用年限的增加,复合树脂充填体发生边缘微渗漏、继发龋、修复体折断、磨损、变色等修复失败的病例也会逐步增加。保留部分原充填体,通过对旧充填体老化树脂的表面进行处理,来增加新旧树脂间结合力的再充填治疗术,是一种微创且经济的再修复治疗方式。目前众多的体外相关实验室研究中,对采用何种方式进行老化树脂表面处理,能更有效增加新旧树脂间的结合力,仍未达成共识。本文就临床常用的几种老化树脂的表面处理方式进行总结,以期为开展后续的相关研究提供帮助。Since the emergence of composite resin,it has gradually replaced silver amalgam and become the most commonly used material for clinical restoration of tooth defects because of its better physical and chemical properties.However,with the increase of service life,the cases of composite resin filling such as marginal microleakage,secondary caries,restoration fracture,wear,discoloration and other restoration failures,will also increase one by one.It is a minimally invasive and economical method to retain part of the original filling body and increase the adhesion between the resins by treating the surface of the aged resin of the old filling body.In the current in vitro related laboratory research,there is still no consensus on which method to use for aging resin surface treatment can increase the binding force between the old and new resins.This paper will summarize the surface treatment methods of several aging resins commonly used in clinic,in order to provide some help for the follow-up research.
