摘　　要：在“双高”建设背景下,培养创新型工科职业人才是我国实现可持续发展构建创新型国家的发展战略基础。以设计思考教育理念为基础,研究和探索“双高”建设背景下高职院校工科创新型人才的培养模式。提出“以专业培养为基础、科研项目为引领、创新比赛为依托、创新实践为根本”四位一体、四方联动高职创新型人才培养方案。实践证明,基于“专业培养为基础,科研项目为引领,创新比赛为依托,创新实践为根本”的创新型人才育人模式对于激发高职工科学生的创新意识,提高创新能力,培养创新精神具有一定的实效性。Under the background of double-high school construction,cultivating innovative engineering professional talents is the strategic foundation for China to realize sustainable development and build an innovative country.Based on the educational concept of design thinking,this paper explores the training mode of cultivating innovative engineering talents in higher vocational colleges under the background of"double high plan".This study put forward the"professional training as the basis,scientific research projects as the lead,innovation competition as the basis,innovation practice as the fundamental",four-in-one,four-way linkage higher vocational innovative talent training program.The result has proved that the innovative talent education mode based on"professional training as the basis,scientific research projects as the lead,innovation competition as the basis,innovation practice as the fundamental"has certain effectiveness for stimulating the innovation consciousness of higher vocational engineering students,improving innovation ability and cultivating innovative spirit.
