摘　　要：适应教育网络化、信息化给电磁频谱管理教学带来的机遇和挑战,构建了产学研用结合的教学团队,依托国家级虚拟教研室组织数字化教学资源建设,打造“实践+实战+思政”三位一体案例库,创新设计电磁行动实践项目,建立电磁频谱管理模拟仿真实验平台,建设包括基础、业务、指挥等三个子群的在线课程群,采用知识图谱方法构建电磁频谱管理在线课程群内容体系,探索基于任务行动、岗位业务、课题项目的课程群协同运用模式,进一步提升电磁频谱管理课程育人水平,取得较好的教学效果。To adapt to the opportunities and challenges brought by education networking and informatization to the teaching of Electromagnetic Spectrum Management,we have built a teaching team that combines production,learning and research with application.Relying on the national virtual teaching and research office to organize the construction of digital teaching resources,we have created a trinity case base of"practice+actual combat+ideological and political affairs",innovatively designed electromagnetic action practice projects,and established an electromagnetic management simulation experiment platform.An online course group consisting of basic,business and command is constructed.The content system of online course group of Electromagnetic Spectrum Management is constructed by using knowledge graph method.The collaborative application mode of course group based on task action,post business and project is explored,which further improves the education level of Electromagnetic Spectrum Management courses and achieves good teaching effect.
