需求嵌入 夯基赋能 师生共进——旅游管理本科实践育人体系重构与探索

摘　　要：实践育人是坚持立德树人目标的基本要求,实践育人体系是高校大学生增强社会责任感与创新精神的重要载体。面对旅游业的多样化和融合化发展新趋势和对旅游专门人才的新需求,需重构新的育人体系。该文提出旅游管理专业要贯彻“产教融合、交叉融合、科教融合、理实融合”的实践育人理念,推进“需求嵌入”“夯实基础”“师生共进”“实践赋能”的改革思路,进而促进学生综合实践能力显著提升,教师队伍快速成长。同时,实践育人教学成果产出又反馈给地方政府和企业,为地方发展提供良好的借鉴和支撑,帮助地方解决诸多实际瓶颈问题。The reconstruction and exploration of the practical education system is a basic requirement for adhering to the goal of cultivating morality and cultivating people,and an important carrier for enhancing social responsibility and innovative spirit.Faced with the rapid expansion of the tourism industry and the large demand for tourism professionals,this research proposes that the tourism management major should implement the practical education concept of"integration of industry and education,and promotes the reform ideas of"embedding needs","consolidating the foundation","teacher-student cooperation",and"practical empowerment".Furthermore,it promotes the significant improvement of students'comprehensive practical abilities and the rapid growth of the teaching staff.Meanwhile,the teaching achievements feed back to local governments and enterprises,providing good reference and support for local development,and helping local governments solve many practical bottleneck problems.
