摘　　要：探究了元宝链的自动车花工艺,并设计了可以将毛坯链加工成元宝链的自动车花加工机。元宝链的车花加工流程包含了划面、铲棱、削角三部分,自动车花机的执行机构在测链装置的辅助下将待加工的毛坯链传送到指定位置,夹链机构将毛坯链固定,然后车链机构在单片机控制下按照设定好的程序,以特定的速度、进刀量完成车花加工。应用自动车花加工技术不仅显著提升了元宝链的加工效率,而且具有加工精度高、成型效果好等优势。This paper explores the automatic turning process of ingot chains and designs an automatic turning machine that can process raw chains into ingot chains.The machining process of Yuanbao Chain includes three parts:surface cutting,edge scraping,and corner cutting.The actuator of the automatic lathe machine transfers the raw material chain to the designated position with the assistance of the measuring device.The clamping mechanism fixes the raw material chain,and then the lathe mechanism completes the machining of the flower according to the set program at a specific speed and feed rate under the control of the microcontroller.The application of automatic flower processing technology not only significantly improves the processing efficiency of ingot chains,but also has advantages such as high processing accuracy and good forming effects.
