摘　　要：心中有信仰,文明有根基,脚下有力量。一座城市昂扬前行,离不开强大的精神支撑;一座城市生生不息,离不开丰润的道德滋养。而文明素养的进步、文明素质的提升,从来都不是与生俱来的,它是一个不断培养、不断强化、不断检验的过程。全面提升城市软实力,让“魅力泉城”充满精气神,需要推动崇德向善、见贤思齐的精神力量进步升腾、延展,这也是在全市开展“我的城市我的家文明泉城我先行”主题行动,实施“文明立心”行动的初衷所在。With faith in our hearts,civili-zation rooted in solid founda-tions,and strength in every step,a city's forward march depends on robust spiritual support,while its enduring vitality thrives on rich moral nourishment.The advancement of Civic virtue and the enhancement of cilization qualities are not innate;rather,they result from a continuous process of cultivation,rein-forcement.
