3种除草剂在玉米中的残留分析方法及样品储藏稳定性

摘  要:建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测乙草胺、苯唑草酮和氯氟吡氧乙酸在玉米中的残留量及储藏稳定性。样品经含0.3%甲酸的乙腈提取,以乙腈-0.1%甲酸+4.5 mmol/L甲酸铵+0.5 mmol/L氟化铵混合流动相进行梯度洗脱,再进行高效液相色谱串联质谱分析。结果表明:在0.001~0.5 mg/L,3种除草剂线性良好(R≥0.9983),平均添加回收率76.7%~102.2%,相对标准偏差1.2%~10.5%。在-10℃条件下,乙草胺、苯唑草酮和氯氟吡氧乙酸在玉米残留样品中至少可以稳定储藏30 d;在-20℃条件下至少可以稳定储藏210 d。检测方法为乙草胺、苯唑草酮和氯氟吡氧乙酸的残留检测与储藏稳定性分析提供参考。A method for the determination of acetochlor,topramezone and fluroxypyr in maize by HPLC MS was established.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile containing 0.3% formic acid,and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid+4.5 mmol/L ammonium formate+0.5 mmol/L ammonium fluoride for gradient elution.The results showed that in the range of 0.001-0.5 mg/L,the three herbicides showed good linearity(R≥0.9983),the average recovery rate of the three pesticides was 76.7%-102.2%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.2%-10.5%.Under-10℃ comditions,acetochlor,topramezone and fluroxypyr could be stored stably in maize residue samples for at least 30 d.Under-20℃ conditions,acetochlor,topramezone and fluroxypyr could be stored in maize residue samples for at least 210 d.This method provides reference for residual detection and storage stability analysis of acetochlor,topramezone and fluroxypyr.
