摘 要:目的分析HRD1、P53、HER2的表达水平与非特殊型浸润性乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系。方法选取2022年5月至2024年5月于漳州正兴医院确诊并进行手术治疗的100例非特殊型浸润性乳腺癌患者,比较癌组织和癌旁组织内羟甲基戊二酰辅酶A还原酶降解蛋白(Hydroxymethylglutaryl-CoA Reductase Degrades Proteins 1,HRD1)、P53、人类表皮生长因子受体2(Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2,HER2)阳性率以及患者不同病理特征的HRD1、P53、HER2阳性率,并进一步分析患者不同病理特征与HRD1、P53、HER2阳性率相关性。结果与癌旁组织相比较,癌组织内HRD1、P53、HER2的阳性表达率明显更高(P<0.05)。病理特征中不同肿瘤直径、有无脉管侵犯、有无淋巴结转移、不同TNM分期患者的HRD1、P53、HER2的阳性表达率明显不同(P<0.05)。经过相关性分析显示肿瘤直径、脉管侵犯、淋巴结转移、TNM分期与HRD1、P53、HER2阳性表达率呈正相关。结论HRD1、P53、HER2阳性率与非特殊型浸润性乳腺癌的病理特征具有显著的相关性,可作为临床诊断和治疗的重要靶点。Objective To analyze the relationship between the expression levels of HRD1,P53,and HER2 and the clinical and pathological characteristics of invasive ductal carcinoma(IDC)of the breast.Methods Selected 100 cases of non-specific invasive breast cancer diagnosed and operated in Zhangzhou Zhengxing Hospital from May 2022 to May 2024.The positive expression rates of Hydroxymethylglutaryl-CoA reductase degrades proteins 1(HRD1),P53,and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)in cancerous and adjacent non-cancerous tissues were compared.Additionally,the correlation between these markers and the pathological characteristics of the patients was further analyzed.Results Compared to adjacent normal tissues,the positive expression rates of HRD1,P53 and HER2 were significantly higher in cancer tissues(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of HRD1,P53,and HER2 varied significantly according to tumor diameter,presence of vascular invasion,presence of lymph node metastasis,and different TNM stages(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that tumor diameter,vascular invasion,lymph node metastasis,and TNM stage were positively correlated with the positive expression rates of HRD1,P53,and HER2.Conclusion The positive expression rates of HRD1,P53,and HER2 are significantly correlated with the pathological characteristics of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast and may serve as important biomarkers for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
