摘　　要：骨纤维结构不良是一种先天性非遗传性骨发育异常疾病,由纤维组织代替正常骨组织。动脉瘤样骨囊肿是由多个充满血液的空腔组成的溶骨性病变。2种疾病同时发生在同一个体的情况较为少见,合并发生于同一部位则更为罕见。本文报告1例颌骨并发纤维结构不良和动脉瘤样骨囊肿的病例,并结合相关文献进行讨论。Fibrous dysplasia is a congenital non-hereditary disorder of bone dysplasia in which fibrous tissue replaces normal bone tissue.Aneurysmal bone cysts are lytic lesions made up of multiple blood-filled cavities.It is rare for two diseases to occur in the same body at the same time,and it is even rarer for the disease to occur in the same area.This article reported a case of jaw complicated by poor fibrous structure and aneurysmal bone cyst,and reviewed the relevant literature for discussion.
