摘 要:为解决高渗透率分布式光伏并入配电网导致的电压越限问题,并提高光伏发电的消纳能力,提出一种考虑光伏逆变器多模式控制的分布式储能系统双层优化配置方法。上层以储能综合年成本和年收益为目标函数,采用改进的粒子群算法求解得到储能选址定容的最优结果。下层则在最大最小距离准则的K均值聚类得到的经典运行场景中,采用光伏多模式控制策略解决光伏发电导致的电压越限问题,协调光伏与储能之间的出力配合,解决光伏控制策略中存在的弃光问题,以光伏年收益为目标函数,采用二次规划算法求解得到储能充放电的最优运行策略。通过仿真结果表明,所提多模式控制策略在电压控制方面和减少光伏弃光量方面优于下垂控制策略;提出的储能配置方法在提高储能经济性和配电网电压质量的同时,能有效减少光伏的弃光量。In order to solve the problem of voltage violations caused by the integration of high penetration of distributed photovoltaics(PV)into the distribution network and improve the consumption capacity of PV power generation,a bi-level optimal sizing and placement of distributed energy storage system(ESS)considering multi-mode control of PV inverters is proposed.In the upper layer,the comprehensive annual cost and annual income of energy storage are taken as the objective function,the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the optimal results of energy storage location and capacity.In the lower layer,the photovoltaic multi-mode control strategy is used to solve the problem of voltage over-limit caused by photovoltaic power generation in the classical operation scenario obtained by K-means clustering based on the maximum and minimum distance criterion,coordinate the output coordination between photovoltaic and energy storage,and solve the problem of light abandonment in the photovoltaic control strategy.Taking the annual income of photovoltaic as the objective function,the quadratic programming algorithm is used to solve the optimal operation strategy of energy storage charging and discharging.The simulation results show that the proposed multi-mode control strategy is superior to the droop control strategy in terms of voltage control and reduction of photovoltaic curtailment.The energy storage configuration method proposed can effectively reduce the amount of photovoltaic curtailment while improving the energy storage economy and improving the voltage quality of the distribution network.
