摘  要:为了减小电容串接式并联Boost变换器在传统交错控制方式下开关器件的损耗,从电容串接式并联Boost变换器的拓扑和控制策略分析入手,改变两个开关管的频率,提出一种固定低频占空比调高频的双频控制方式。其中,前级独立Boost的开关管工作在低频,采用固定占空比的模式减小开关损耗;后级电容串接Boost的开关管工作在高频,通过变占空比的方式实现对输出的调节;同时将两个电感通过磁集成的方式来集成,降低磁元件的体积和重量,使成本降低,并对电压增益、电压应力、器件损耗进行分析,与传统同频交错变换器进行损耗对比,论证所提理论的可行性,给出了损耗的最低调节规律,并使用EIE磁集成减小体积,最后通过搭建试验样机验证了理论分析的正确性。In order to reduce the loss of switching devices of capacitor series parallel Boost converter under the traditional interleaving control mode,starting with the topology and control strategy analysis of capacitor series parallel Boost converter,the frequency of two switches is changed,and a dual frequency control mode with fixed low frequency duty cycle and high frequency modulation is proposed.Among them,the switch tube of the front stage independent Boost works at low frequency,and the mode of fixed duty cycle is adopted to reduce the switching loss.The switch tube of the back stage capacitor connected in series with Boost works at high frequency,and the output is adjusted by changing the duty cycle.At the same time,the two inductors are integrated through magnetic integration to reduce the volume and weight of the magnetic components and reduce the cost.The voltage gain,voltage stress and device loss are analyzed and compared with the traditional same frequency interleaver to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed theory,give the minimum regulation rule of loss,and use EIE magnetic integration to reduce the volume.Finally,the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by building an experimental prototype.
