煤炭中灰分及挥发分对发热量的影响研究

摘  要:煤炭发热量是指煤炭燃烧时发出的能量,煤炭的发热量是评价煤质的重要指标,反映了单位质量煤炭完全燃烧后所放出的全部热量。煤炭的发热量不仅用于鉴定煤质、计算热平衡和耗煤量,还是改进燃煤方法、提高热能利用效率的依据。文章通过多年来多批次煤炭的测定、分析、总结得出煤中灰分、挥发分对发热量的影响。Coal calorific value refers to the energy emitted during coal combustion,and the calorific value of coal is an important indicator for evaluating coal quality.It reflects the total heat released per unit mass of coal after complete combustion.The calorific value of coal is not only used to identify coal quality,calculate heat balance and coal consumption,but also serves as a basis for improving coal burning methods and increasing thermal energy utilization efficiency.The paper summarizes the influence of ash content and volatile matter in coal on calorific value through the measurement,analysis,and summarization of multiple batches of coal over the years.
