摘  要:页岩炼油厂ATP干馏炉为62 m长直径8 m的大型卧式回转窑炉,自重2 700 t,两台电机连接减速机、小齿轮通过硬连接齿圈转动ATP处理器。高压变频系统通过双闭环矢量控制策略,以及双机主从功率平衡控制策略,驱动系统稳定运行。文章主要探讨了双闭环矢量控制在变频同步驱动中的应用,旨在为相关工作提供参考。The ATP dry distillation furnace in a shale oil refinery is a large horizontal rotary kiln with a length of 62 meters and a diameter of 8 meters.It weighs 2700 tons and is powered by two motors connected to a reducer and a small gear that rotates the ATP processor through a hard connected ring gear.The high-voltage variable frequency system drives stable operation of the system through a dual closed-loop vector control strategy and a dual machine master-slave power balance control strategy.This paper mainly discusses the application of dual closed-loop vector control in variable frequency synchronous drive,aiming to provide reference for related work.
