摘 要:为了优化民用航空器驾驶学校教练机机队规模与结构,降低航校运营成本,提出了一种基于自适应遗传算法的航校机队规划方法,考虑飞行训练周期与训练课时因素,建立飞行教员等训练资源约束,以航校运营成本最低为目标函数建立0-1整数规划模型,通过案例分析并设计自适应遗传算法进行MATLAB仿真求解,仿真结果较原机队规模得到了精简,优化了机队结构并提高了教练机利用效率,降低了航校运营成本。结合市场需求等因素的灵敏度分析,给未来航校机队建设和发展提供了参考的指标。In order to optimize the size and structure of the fleet of the trainer aircraft of the civil aircraft piloting school and reduce the operating costs of aviation schools,this paper proposes a fleet planning method based on an adaptive genetic algorithm,considers the factors of flight training cycle and training course time,establishes training resource constraints such as flight instructors,establishes a 0-1 integer programming model with the lowest operating cost of aviation school as the objective function,and simulates through case analysis and design adaptive genetic algorithm,and the simulation results are simplified compared with the original fleet size.The fleet structure has been optimized,the utilization efficiency of trainer aircraft has been improved,and the operating costs of aviation schools have been reduced.Combined with the sensitivity analysis of market demand and other factors,it provides a reference index for the construction and development of the aviation school fleet in the future.
