摘  要:对医院职能部门管理干部进行绩效考核有利于提升医院核心竞争力。以上海某区域医疗中心为例,参考国家三级公立医院绩效考核、公立医院高质量发展评价等指标,依据岗位说明书,通过专家咨询法、目标管理法等筛选指标,依据平衡计分卡的学习与成长、流程管理、客户与沟通、结果与价值四个维度,构建含13个二级指标18个三级指标的职能部门管理干部绩效考核指标体系。该考核体系能够有效评价职能部门管理干部绩效水平,提高科室沟通效率和管理干部工作积极性,促进医院可持续发展。The performance appraisal of management cadres in hospital functional departments is conducive to improving the core competitiveness of hospitals.Taking a regional medical center in Shanghai as an example,referring to the performance appraisal of national tertiary public hospitals and the evaluation index of high-quality development of public hospitals,according to the job description,through expert consultation method and target management method screening indicators,according to the four dimensions of learning and growth,process management,customer and communication,result and value of balanced scorecard,the performance appraisal index system of functional departments management cadres with 13 second-level indicators and 18 third-level indicators was constructed.The appraisal system can effectively evaluate the performance level of management cadres in functional departments,improve the communication efficiency of departments and the enthusiasm of management cadres,and promote the sustainable development of hospitals.
