摘 要:利用学术学位博士毕业生的调研数据,基于社会认知职业理论综合探究导师支持对学术学位博士职业发展产生的影响。研究发现:学术学位博士对导师提供的各方面支持评价均比较高,对学术支持评价最高,情感支持与职业支持次之;导师提供的学术、职业、情感支持均对博士的职业发展产生显著的正向预测作用,但对毕业三年内且从事不同职业类型的博士群体影响存在差异;职业自我效能在导师支持与职业发展之间存在中介效应。为此建议:构建全方位导师支持体系,发挥导师的指引性作用;以博士个体发展需求为根本,提高导师支持的有效性;关注博士的职业自我效能,培养面向未来职业的信心。The influence of supervisor support on the career development has been comprehensively explored from the perspective of social cognitive career theory based on data from the PhD degree holders.The study found that PhD graduates rated all aspects of support provided by their supervisor highly,with academic support rated the highest,followed by emotional and career support.The academic,career and emotional support provided by supervisor has a significant positive effect on the career development of PhD graduates,but there are significant differences in the impact on doctoral groups within three years of graduation.Career self-efficacy plays a partial mediating effect between supervisor support and career development.It is suggested that:a comprehensive supervisor support system should be constructed to give full play to the guiding role of supervisors;the effectiveness of supervisor support should be improved based on the needs of individual development of the PhD graduates;and the career self-efficacy of PhD graduates should be enhanced to cultivate their confidence in future careers.
