摘  要:目的:探索某校大学生睡眠质量的潜在类别,并探讨不同类别对学习投入的影响。方法:于2022年1至2月整群抽取某高校4 256名大学生,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数和学习投入等量表进行调查,并采用潜在剖面分析对睡眠质量进行分类,采用多重线性回归分析睡眠质量类别与学习投入得分的关系。结果:大学生睡眠质量可分为4个类别:高睡眠质量组(60.8%)、入睡困难组(25.4%)、低睡眠质量组(8.6%)、严重睡眠障碍组(5.2%)。在调整年龄、性别、民族、BMI、是否单身、是否为独生子女、家庭所在地、政治面貌、就读专业和年级后,与高睡眠质量相比,严重睡眠障碍、低睡眠质量、入睡困难与学习投入均呈负关联[β(95%CI)分别为-9.372(-12.529~-6.215)、-19.260(-21.762~-16.758)、-13.750(-15.409~-12.091),P<0.001]。结论:大学生的睡眠质量可被分为4种类别,其中低睡眠质量、入睡困难对学习投入的影响更大。Aim:To explore the latent categories of sleep quality among college students and examine their relationship with learning engagement.Methods:Totally 4256 college students from a certain university were cluster selected from January to February 2022 and tested by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and learning engagement scales(PSQI scale and UWES-S scale).Latent profile analysis(LPA)was employed to classify sleep quality,and multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine the relationship between sleep quality categories and learning engagement scores.Results:The sleep quality of college students could be classified into 4 categories,high sleep quality group(60.8%),sleep difficulty group(25.4%),low sleep quality group(8.6%),and severe sleep disorder group(5.2%).After adjusting for age,gender,nationality,BMI,marital status(whether single or not),only-child status(whether an only child or not),family residence,political affiliation,major of study,and grade,compared with the high sleep quality,severe sleep disorder,low sleep quality,and sleep difficulty showed negative associations with learning engagement[β(95%CI)was-9.372(-12.529--6.215),-19.260(-21.762--16.758),-13.750(-15.409--12.091),P<0.001].Conclusion:The sleep quality of college students could be classified into 4 categories.Low sleep quality and sleep difficulty have a greater negative impact on learning engagement.
