摘  要:目的研究蕨麻提取物的化学成分和体外抗氧化活性。方法制备蕨麻水煎提取物和50%乙醇提取物,紫外分光光度法测其总黄酮、总多糖含量,DPPH自由基清除实验和羟基自由基清除实验测定各提取物的抗氧化活性,基于超高效液相色谱-线性离子阱-静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱(UPLC-LTQ-Orbitrap MS)技术对蕨麻提取物进行成分分析。结果蕨麻醇提物的总黄酮、总多糖含量均高于水提物,且蕨麻醇提物的体外抗氧化活性优于水提物,通过液质分析共鉴定出64个化合物,主要为黄酮、三萜以及有机酸类化合物。结论不同提取方式的蕨麻总黄酮、总多糖含量以及抗氧化活性差异较大,通过进一步对醇提物成分分析以期为藏药蕨麻资源的进一步开发和利用提供一定的依据。Objective To study the chemical constituents and antioxidant activity in vitro of the extracts of Potentilla anserine.Methods The decocted extract and 50%ethanol extract were prepared.The contents of total flavonoids and total polysaccharides were determined by UV spectrophotometry.The antioxidant activities of the extracts were determined by DPPH free radical scavenging test and hydroxyl radical scavenging test.The components of the extract were analyzed by UPLC-LTQ-Orbitrap MS technique.Results The contents of total flavonoids and total polysaccharides in alcoholic extract were higher than those in aqueous extract,and the antioxidant activity of alcoholic extract was better than that of aqueous extract.64 compounds were identified by liquid analysis,mainly flavonoids,triterpenes and organic acids.Conclusion The contents of total flavonoids total polysaccharide and antioxidant activity of Potentilla anserina with different extraction methods are quite different.Through further analysis of the ethanol extract,we hope to provide some basis for the further development and utilization of Tibetan medicine fern hemp resources.
