摘  要:某卧式水轮发电机组自投产以来轴承温度一直偏高,多次处理效果不佳,目前机组已经无法满负荷运行。通过综合分析,轴承磨损和油循环不畅是轴承温度长期偏高的主要原因,处置措施是将转子返厂对轴颈进行研磨加工,对轴承座油循环进行改造。大修完成后轴承温度回归正常。Since the commissioning of a horizontal hydro-turbine generator unit,the bearing temperature of the unit is consistently high.The problem is not solved with multiple times of treatment.At present,the unit is unable to operate at its full load.With comprehensive analysis,it is found that serious bearing wear and poor oil circulation are the main reasons of the problem.Then,the rotor is returned to the manufacturer for grinding and machining of the shaft neck.The oil circulation of the bearing seat is also renovated.After the overhaul,the bearing temperature returns to normal state.
