摘 要:新文科背景下,财经素材挖掘是财经类课程教学改革的重要方向之一。采用新技术挖掘、筛选和利用财经素材,可以实现教学内容的情境化和模块化设计,有效拓展“财务管理”课程的教学内容。文章梳理了“财务管理”课程教学改革的发展历史及现状,基于财经素材挖掘的角度,以“财务管理”课程为核心,探讨了新文科背景下财经类课程教学改革的新动向。文章以雨中情公司IPO为例,详细介绍了财经素材挖掘的实现流程和教学应用,分析了财经素材挖掘对“财务管理”课程教学目标、内容、方法和评估等的影响。文章为财经类课程教学改革提供了理论和实践参考,具有一定的借鉴意义。In the context of the New Liberal Arts,financial and economic materials mining has become one of the important directions for the teaching reform of finance and economics courses.By utilizing new technologies to mine,screen and apply financial and economic materials,it is possible to achieve contextual and modular design of teaching content,thereby effectively expanding the teaching content of"Financial Management"course.The author reviews the development history and present situation of the teaching reform of"Financial Management"course,and focusing on"Financial Management"course from the perspective of financial and economic materials mining explores the new trends in the teaching reform of finance and economics courses in the context of the New Liberal Arts.By using the example of a company IPO case,the author details the implementation processes and applications of financial and economic materials mining and analyzes its impact on the teaching objectives,content,and assessment of"Financial Management"course.Overall,the author provides theoretical and practical references for the teaching reform of finance and economics courses,with certain significance for reference.
