摘　　要：城市对林语堂创作的影响是巨大的,小说三部曲《京华烟云》《风声鹤唳》《朱门》诞生于城市语境之中。林语堂在城市景观的描绘中,通过对北京、苏杭和西安等城市景观的勾勒,展示出鲜活的城市风貌;聚焦市井百态,透视出城市百姓的物质生活与精神生活;聚焦城市文化书写,探讨作者对古老文明精神的参悟以及对城市现代转型的深入思考,从而为理解中国现代城市提供了独特的视角和丰富的文化内涵。The influence of the city on Lin Yutang’s writing was enormous,and his trilogy of novels,Moment in Peking,A Leaf in the Storm,and The Vermillion Gate,were born in the context of the city.Lin Yutang outlined the vivid urban landscape through the outline of Beijing,Suzhou and Hangzhou,Xi’an and other urban landscapes,and then gained insight into the various forms of the city,showcasing the material and spiritual lives of the urban people.The writing conveys his insights into the ancient national spirit,as well as in-depth reflections on urban civilization and social changes,providing a unique perspective and rich cultural connotations for understanding modern Chinese cities.
