基于“三全育人”理念的高校心理健康教育教学改革探索——以黄山学院为例

摘  要:高校心理健康教育有助于提高大学生心理健康水平、促进大学生全面发展、构建和谐的校园文化。分析黄山学院心理健康教育课程教学的现状,发现其在教师队伍建设、课程安排、教学创新性方面存在问题。基于此,从“三全育人”理念出发,提出高校心理健康教育课程改革的方法路径:加强教师队伍建设,实现全员育人;贯穿教育全程,实现全过程育人;丰富教育方式,实现全方位育人。Mental health education in colleges and universities is conducive to improving the mental health level of college students,promoting their all-round development,and building a harmonious campus culture.By analyzing the status quo of the course teaching of mental health education at Huangshan University,it is found that there are problems in the construction of teachers,course arrangement,and teaching innovation.Based upon this,starting from the concept of“Three-wide education,”this paper puts forward the methods and paths of the curriculum reform of mental health education in colleges and universities:strengthen the construction of teachers and realize the comprehensive education;implement education throughout the whole process and realize the full process education;enrich the way of education and realize all-round education.
