地铁轨道不平顺对车辆运行平稳性的影响

摘  要:轨道不平顺与车辆运行平稳性密切相关。对我国某地铁线路进行了轨道不平顺和车体加速度测试。使用Welch法估计了该线路轨道不平顺谱,分析了全程数据轨道谱,对比了不同曲线形式轨道谱。基于实测车体加速度,初步探究了轨道不平顺对车辆运行平稳性的影响。结果表明:该地铁线路轨道不平顺谱线幅值较小,整体上小于美国六级谱。该条线路不同轨道类型的轨道谱趋势一致,幅值较相近,不同曲线形式和轨道类型对轨道不平顺谱的影响不大。车体加速度和平稳性指标受轨道不平顺的影响均不大,车速对车体加速度和平稳性指标的影响较大,平稳性指标随着速度的增大基本呈现线性增大,且整体上横向平稳性指标高于垂向的。本研究以期为地铁线路运营维护提供参考。Track irregularity is closely related to the vehicle running stability.In this paper,the track irregularity and the car body acceleration tests are carried out on a metro line in China.The track irregularity spectrum of the metro line is estimated using Welch’s method,and the full data track spectrum was analyzed,and different curve form track spectra were compared.Based on the measured car body acceleration,the influence of track irregularity on the vehicle running stability is preliminary investigated.The results show that the amplitude of the track irregularity spectrum of the metro line is low,which is overall lower than the USAsix track class spectrum.The track spectra of different track types of this line have the same trend and more similar amplitudes,and the different curve forms and track types do not have much effect on the track upset spectra.The car body acceleration and stability index are not much affected by the track irregularity.Vehicle speed has a large influence on the car body acceleration and stability index,and the stability index basically shows a linear increase with the increase of speed.This study is intended to provide a reference for the maintenance of metro line.
