摘　　要：乳腺上皮-肌上皮癌是一种临床罕见的乳腺肿瘤,因其具有极低发病率和组织形态学多样性等特点,临床在诊断和治疗该疾病时面临着巨大挑战。本文旨在报道1例乳腺上皮-肌上皮癌患者的临床特点及诊疗方案,并回顾国内外文献中所报道该病的相关信息,对其临床特点及治疗进行总结,为临床制订乳腺上皮-肌上皮癌诊疗策略提供参考。Breast epithelial-myoepithelial carcinoma is a rare breast tumor.Due to its low incidence and histomorphological diversity,the diagnosis and treatment of mammary carcinoma is facing great challenges.This article will report the clinical characteristics and treatment plan of a case of breast epithelial-myoepithelial carcinoma and review the relevant information of the disease reported in domestic and foreign literature,and summarize its clinical characteristics and treatment,so as to provide reference for clinical development of diagnosis and treatment strategies for breast epithelial-myoepithelial carcinoma.
