摘  要:为了提高成纱质量,介绍牵伸疵点的控制机理及途径;以纺C 14.6 tex K纱为例,阐述在并条工序遵循倒牵伸原则,在粗纱工序采用“三大两小”工艺,在细纱工序采用“三大三小”工艺等,对牵伸疵点进行控制的优化实践。通过对比分析工艺优化前后的成纱质量,指出:控制牵伸疵点的实质是控制牵伸的附加不匀状态;系统性进行牵伸分配,合理分布摩擦力界,优化牵伸工艺,采用新型牵伸器材,有效控制牵伸区浮游纤维运动,提高纤维伸直平行度,减少成纱条干不匀及粗细节,是控制牵伸疵点的有效途径。In order to improve yarn quality,the control mechanism and way of drafting defects are introduced.Taking the spinning of C 14.6 tex K yarn as an example,the optimization practice of the drafting defects control is described by following the backward drafting principle in the drawing process,adopting the“three big and two small”process in the roving process and the“three big and three small”process in the spinning process.By comparing and analyzing the yarn quality before and after process optimization,it is pointed out that the essence of controlling drafting defects is to control the additional unevenness state of drafting.Systematic drafting distribution,reasonable distribution of friction field,optimization of drafting process,use of new drafting accessories,effective control of floating fibers movement in drafting zone,improve fiber elongation and parallelism,reduce yarn unevenness,fine ends and nubs are effective ways to control drafting defects.
