摘 要:新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)是新生儿较常见的呼吸系统危重症之一, 尤其在极早产儿和极低出生体重儿中更为多见, 且胎龄越小, 发病率越高。NRDS不仅是早产儿的主要死因, 也是导致支气管肺发育不良的主要因素, 其发病与肺表面活性蛋白(SP)基因变异密切相关。SP-C是SP之一, 对肺表面活性物质的形成不可或缺, 在维持肺表面活性物质的正常功能中起关键作用。SP-C是肺表面活性物质极重要的组成部分, 研究其基因变异与NRDS的关系有助于疾病早期基因干预、提升临床诊疗水平, 对降低新生儿病死率有长远意义。Neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS)is one of the most common respiratory critical diseases in neonates,especially in very premature infants and very low birth weight infants.The incidence of NRDS is higher in neonatal age.NRDS is not only a major cause of death in preterm infants,but also a major factor leading to the development of bronchopulmonary dysplasia,and its pathogenesis is closely related to the mutation of the gene for pulmonary surfactant protein(SP).SP-C is one of the SPs,which is essential for the formation of pulmonary surfactant,and plays a key role in maintaining the normal function of pulmonary surfactant.SP-C is an extremely important component of pulmonary surfactant.The study of the relationship between gene mutation of SP-and NRDS is helpful for early gene intervention,promoting clinical diagnosis and treatment,and has long-term significance for reducing neonatal mortality.
