摘　　要：功能性便秘(FC)是一种常见的儿童功能性消化系统疾病, 占儿童便秘的90%以上。FC除表现为排便困难外, 还可出现腹痛、腹胀、反酸嗳气、厌食等一系列功能性消化不良症状, 甚至还可引起全身和肠道的继发性病理改变。由于其发病机制复杂、管理困难, 儿童FC的早期诊断、鉴别诊断、简单高效的辅助检查及安全有效的治疗方案是目前研究的热点。本文就儿童FC的诊断和治疗研究进展进行综述, 以期为儿科医生提供诊疗思路。Functional constipation(FC)is a common functional digestive system disease in children,accounting for more than 90%of children's constipation.In addition to the labor of defecation,FC can also occure a series of functional indigestion symptoms such as abdominal pain,abdominal distension,acid retrope,anorexia and can even cause secondary pathological changes in the whole body and intestines.Because of the complex pathogenesis and difficult management of FC,early diagnosis,differential diagnosis,simple and efficient auxiliary examination and safe and effective treatment scheme of FC in children are the focus of current research.This review summarized the research progress in the diagnosis and treatment of FC in children,in order to provide the diagnosis and treatment ideas for pediatricians.
