摘  要:鉴于围岩稳定性监测与分析在抽水蓄能电站地下厂房施工过程中扮演着重要角色,提出一种基于自优化变分模态分解(SoVMD)和循环重构Transformer(RRTransformer)的混合分析模型。首先,设计合理的监测方案,采集能够有效表征围岩稳定性的岩体变形位移数据;其次,考虑变形位移序列的非线性与波动性特征,利用SoVMD对其进行分解,提取多尺度频率分量(MsFCs);最后,基于滑动建模机制,以MsFCs作为RRTransformer的训练输入,经参数优化和模型重构得到最优的变形预测分析结果。选取国内某抽蓄电站地下厂房围岩稳定性分析过程为案例,结果表明所设计的监测方案可有效获取岩体变形位移数据,且所提预测分析模型具有优异的性能,预测分析结果对地下厂房围岩的安全管理具有重要意义。Aiming at the stability monitoring and analysis problem for underground powerhouse surrounding rocks of pumped storage power station,a hybrid model based on self-optimization variational modal decomposition(SoVMD)and recurrent reconstructed Transformer(RRTransformer)was proposed.Firstly,a reasonable monitoring scheme was de-signed to collect the dataset of rock deformation displacement,which had great ability to effectively characterize the sta-bility of surrounding rocks.Secondly,considering the characteristics of nonlinearity and fluctuation of deformation dis-placement sequence,the SoVMD was used to decompose the sequence and further extract the multi-scale frequency com-ponents(MsFCs).Finally,the obtained MsFCs were served as the inputs of RRTransformer and the optimal prediction analysis results can be acquired based on the moving modeling mechanism.The stability analysis process of underground powerhouse surrounding rock of a domestic pumping and storage power station was taken as an example.The results show that the designed monitoring scheme can achieve the collection of rock deformation displacement data effectively and the developed analysis model provides excellent performance for deformation trend prediction.The corresponding analysis results are of great significance for the safety management of underground powerhouse surrounding rocks.
