低频电刺激联合本体感觉训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能及自我效能的影响

摘  要:目的:探讨低频电刺激联合本体感觉训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能及自我效能的影响。方法:选取120例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为两组,60例进行常规康复训练为对照组,60例进行低频电刺激联合本体感觉训练为观察组。评估两组肢体功能、平衡功能、神经功能、生活自理能力、自我效能。结果:两组干预后生活自理能力评分、Borg平衡量表(BBS)评分、自我效能评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表(FMA)评分均较干预前显著提升,且观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评分显著低对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中偏瘫患者采用低频电刺激联合本体感觉训练可促进肢体功能恢复,可改善患者神经功能和平衡能力,提高患者自我效能和日常生活能力。Objective To investigate the effect of low-frequency electrical stimulation combined with proprioceptive training on limb function and self-efficacy in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Method A total of 120 eligible stroke hemiplegic patients admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,60 patients underwent routine rehabilitation training as the control group,and 60 patients received low-frequency electrical stimulation combined with proprioception training as the observation group.The patient's limb function,balance function,neurological function,self-care ability,and self-efficacy were evaluated.Results The scores of self-care ability,BBS,self-efficacy and FMA in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with hemiplegia after stroke combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation combined with proprioceptive training can promote the recovery of limb function,improve the patient's neurological function and balance,and improve the patient's self-efficacy and daily living ability.
