基于Adams二次开发的导气式转膛自动机动力学建模与分析

摘  要:为了提高导气式转膛自动机发射动力学模型的建模准确性和效率,提出了2种基于Adams二次开发的建模方法。通过综合利用Sfosub、Sysfnc和Reqsub子程序,实现内弹道和导气室参数在Adams中的耦合求解和对外输出。通过编写建模宏命令,一次性地完成三维模型导入、铰与接触建立、内弹道子程序调用和提交计算等全部建模操作,极大地提高了建模效率。结果显示该方法建模效率高,能够反映自动机实际运动规律,具备推广应用价值。In order to improve the modeling accuracy and efficiency of a gas-operated revolving chamber automatic mechanism’s launching dynamics model,two modeling methods based on the secondary development of Adams software have been proposed.By comprehensively using of Sfosub,Sysfnc and Reqsub subroutines,the internal ballistics and gas chamber parameters are solved in Adams in a coupled manner,with the results being exported externally.By writing modeling macros,all modeling operations,such as the 3D models import,hinges and contact establishment,internal ballistics subprograms invocation,and computation submission,are completed in one step,which greatly enhances modeling efficiency.The results show that,the modeling method has high modeling efficiency and could reflect the automatic mechanism’s actual motion laws,has value for widespread application.
