摘  要:为了解决火箭整流罩平抛分离装置-气囊式无污染分离装置的分离运动精确预测问题,考虑气体在气囊中的过程近似为绝热过程,基于灰箱思维,提出了一套分离作用力理论本构模型。结合1 m长平板分离试验数据以及遗传算法,给出了本构模型中关键参数求解方法,确保了本构模型的可解性。基于所构建的本构模型,具备分离装置分离力的精确计算,并据此为输入实现了分离装置相对分离运动的精确预测。利用1 m长平板试验数据以及有限元仿真数据,从试验及仿真2个维度验证了本构模型的正确性。The airbag-type pollution-free separation device is a high-performance linear separation device.Regarding the issue of accurate prediction of relative motion during the separation process of the device,considering that the process of gas in the airbag is approximately an adiabatic process,and based on the grey box philosophy,a set of separation force theoretical constitutive models is proposed to accurately obtain the separation force and achieve accurate prediction of relative motion.Meanwhile,combining the data from the 1-meter long plate separation test and genetic algorithm,a method for solving the key parameters in the constitutive model is further proposed,ensuring the solvability of the constitutive model.Furthermore,the effectiveness of the formulated model is verified from both 1-meter long plate test finite-element simulation.
