摘 要:以缸内直喷甲醇/汽油转子发动机为研究对象,利用CONVERGE软件对转子发动机的三维模型进行网格划分,并且选取了RNG k-ε湍流模型、SAGE燃烧模型和DPM喷雾模型,以建立数值模拟模型。研究结果表明,实验数据和模拟数据之间的平均误差不超过5%,在合理的范围之内,因此模型可靠。在此基础上,研究了不同的喷射策略对转子发动机缸内流场和火焰传播的影响。当喷射位置在缸体长轴线及以上时,喷射角度越大,缸内湍流强度越强。并且,在上止点时刻,喷射位置在长轴线以上40 mm处,喷射角度为+40°的火焰传播面积是同一喷射位置下喷射角度为0°的3倍。在甲醇掺混比为20%的计算工况下,当喷油器在长轴线以上20 mm处的喷射位置,喷射角度为+40°时,转子发动机的缸内压力峰值最高,为23.6 bar,并且具有较小的碳氢化合物排放。The study focuses on the direct injection methanol/gasoline rotary engine.Using the CONVERGE software,the three-dimensional model of the rotary engine is meshed,and the RNG k-εturbulence model,SAGE combustion model,and DPM spray model are selected to establish the numerical simulation model for the direct injection methanol/gasoline rotary engine.The research results indicate that the error between experimental data and simulation data does not exceed 5%,which is within a reasonable range,indicating the reliability of the model.Subsequently,the research explores the impact of different injection strategies on the in-cylinder flow field and flame propagation of the rotary engine.When the injection position is above the long axis of the cylinder,the larger the injection angle,the stronger the turbulence intensity in the cylinder.Moreover,at the moment of top dead center,at the injection position of 40 mm above the long axis,the flame propagation area with the injection angle of 40°is three times that with the injection angle of 0°.Under the operating condition of the methanol blending ratio of 20%,when the injector is at the injection position of 20 mm above the long axis with the injection angle of+40°,the in-cylinder pressure peak of the rotary engine is highest,at 23.6 bar,and the rotary engine has lower HC emissions.
